i like this little “Challenge the Call” thing you got here… I see you’re moving up in the world : ) Alright well first things first, i am actually secretly a Vrabel fan… i also don’t like him going to the Chiefs, its wierd, i dont think he knows that Jared Allen, Preist Holmes, Dante Hall (remember him? i dont think anybody does, he was a Reciever/returner guy, weird how people disappear like that…) Joe Montana (yes he played with them, it was in his last year or two and then he retired) left already. Oh well… now on the thing with Cassel, i read an article about the Free Agency and Offseason and all that yada and there were comments and one was about how the Patriots were idiots for trading a player that “saved” their season, and i thought “maybe” but then another comment sandbagged him and stated about how it wasnt really Cassel but rather the supporting cast… and i figured, “YES this is very true!” cause i mean lets put this in another situation: lets keep the factors Tom Brady and Matt Cassel, now lets bring them to a team like per say the… Chiefs. who i even forget is still a team in this league, AND THEIR IN MY DIVISION! lets look at their, what i will call “Super Powers” Offense: 1. Dwayne Bowe 2. Tony Gonzalez 3. Larry Johnson (when he does decide to be an adult. Done. Defense: to be honest i haven’t seen a highlight for the Cheifs in forever, unless it was one where they were on the opposite end. Now moving on the Patriots’ Super Powers Offense: 1. EVERYONE Defense: 1. EVERYONE. now with that all done let’s see how it turns out Chiefs have Dwayne Bowe and well a cool name for a stadium. Patriots have not only an amazing WR Tandem but a pretty good RB collection. so hm… you see how that works out. Moving on BD to DB um… YES greatest addition for now! Though i did say he was kind of like Ray Lewis to Eagles (you just can’t see them anywhere else) i still like this : ) though Ray Lewis is leaving too maybe… awkward… you should write about that by the way… it’s surprising. T.J Housh i really don’t like this guy, i feel like he’s trying to Larry Fitzgerald, theres honestly no evidence on that statement, though there is a slight resemblence i think, long hair long face. maybe? am i in the ball park? i just get this vibe that if i ever met him he’d be a Dousch and i refuse to continue writing about a Douscher. yes Douscher is capitalized because it is a pronoun. i really dont care about College Basketball, be thankful i even capitalized it. its just i barely care for the NBA so why would i watch younger scrubs? yeah ok Stephen Curry, North Carolina, Ty Lawson, OH ok (thats the sarcastic tone that you say it in) first of all Stephen Curry if you’re so good why aren’t you at a better school like per say NC(i mean really?! you live in CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA! thats two hours and 17 minutes according to Google Maps really?!) or a college that people even know about? Oh Ok financially you couldn’t pay for it, hm… i wish schools gave something that would help pay for college, oh yeah, thats a SCHOLARSHIP! if you were really as good you’d've gotten one for a good school. c’mon people. alright well other than that i enjoyed this article… except for a certain poll at the end that was only the end to a bunch of jabs at Jay Cutler… i mean he’s got Diabetes… leave him alone… he went to his first Pro Bowl, He was second in Passing Yards, He shares the name Jay Cutler with a famous bodybuilder… he’s finally moving up in the world… i will end this with the statement: This “Mile-High Drama’s” Yeah i got that from NFL.com, effect on the Broncos is like giving the keys of an amusement park to a monkey.

P.S good jorb on everything that’s been happening : ) you know… you got an almost Dream Job, it has some parts, you may be writing for an official Patriot magazine, youre graduating, it’s falling in place and with how you are, i know that was all you needed to go where you want to go : ) We, and i specifically, couldn’t be happier : D You’re ever incredible brother : )

By the way I used to hate on Cassel but I think we really screwed up and gave up a future great QB. He is going to be another Brady, he showed that this past season. He did the same thing Brady did when he was starting. All the deals were just horrible on our end.

Man Kisha Im with you. I was shocked too but as me and my family was thinking, hopefully they have a big plan in mind. If they dont I will be angry. We signed guys i dont even know. But the fred taylor move was the best for two reasons. One, he is a great player who will help us and two, it is pissing off all the patriots haters lol. I hope it will get better for us. Man I wish we had T.O. lol. What do you think about that statement right?

This free agency period just keeps getting crazier and crazier. I’ll start with Philly because you I’m sure that’s what you’re already expecting haha. Simply put it was 95% Eagles fault, they gave him a terrible offer treated him like they were just giving pity to a waning career and now we’re out a 13 year vet with like 7-8 pro-bowls? (I forget but I think that sounds right) As much as I like Correll Buckhalter I’m actually glad to see him go. He’s a good RB who’s always been in the shadow of Westbrook or Staley.

I think TJ Houshmajabdabmecahiya is going to regret his decision to go to Seattle because he wasn’t happy with the Bengals and he certainly isn’t going to be happy with them. He’s a great WR though and that does give them an aerial threat so good job. Matt Hasselback is washed up, should stick to his Chunky commercials. Seahawks will have a better record but I don’t foresee a playoff run.

I think that was a pretty lame deal between KC and NE. I mean there is a decent amount you can do with a 2nd round pick but you’re giving up a good veteran LB when their defense is already not what it used to be and a proven QB when you’re current QB just got back from surgery just for that? They could have got a 2nd round just for Cassel I think it’s almost like they’re trying to get rid of Vrabel.

Don’t really feel like arguing the Vrabel and Cassel move for the 2nd round pick because I’d be arguing with a Pats fan…SOOO I’ll just go ahead and let you know that Houston ended up matching the offer the Broncos gave David Anderson…so he’ll still be our 4th receiver lol

Tom: Glad you enjoy the blog Feel free to add any commentary you have on the topics I rant about. It always makes things much more interesting.

Terrence: Some of the moves that have been made this off season has really blown my mind. Like I said, McDaniels and Pioli leaving was the initial stab, but I don’t think it’s going to be the deal breaker for our season. Matt Cassel did a great job this past season but I wouldn’t say he saved the team. You’re completely overlooking the other key factors of this past seasons offense, Welker, Moss, and even RB like Morris did incredible for the Pats. Trust me, there’s an army of Pats haters in the world, but that just shows how good they really are. You don’t see many people hating on the Rams..right? haha

On the NCAA Tourney:
Ok seriously, did it hurt when you jumped on the Blake Griffin bandwagon? I know he’s good. Everyone knows he’s good but it’s not enough to conquer the entire tournament. His supporting cast is good but everyone saw how much the team suffered after Griffin had his concussion. I see them going far in the tourney but not winning it.
Marquette has a great balance on their team and although they’ve lost to Louisville and Uconn, I feel like they have more to prove with Maurice Acker taking over.

Let’s see, as it is so well documented I am a die hard Patriot hater. So in an offseason where those bleeping Pats not only lost the left half of the brain that put together all those Super Bowl teams when Scott Pioli left for the KC. And to top it all off you deal off the man (Matt Cassel) who saved your season last year, and a piece of the teams heart (Mike Vrabel). All in all, I’d say it’s a great offseason for those Pats. Keep up the good work in NE.

As for the NCAA Tourney, one question.
WHERE’S OKLAHOMA?!?! BOOMER FREAKIN’ SOONER!!
Blake Griffin is an absolute animal. He’s putting up 21pts and pulling down 13 boards a game and more importantly, HE HAS SUPPORT.

And I like how Marquette looks. Good Balance inside and out. They’re doing well without James but how long can that car last without a sparkplug like James.
